Gaetano Sciortino, originally from Sicily, moved to Genova at the age of 18 to pursue his career in acting. He was fortunate enough to gain a scholar at italy famous "Scuola Del Teatro Stabile di Genova" (National School of Theatre in Genova) to study acting.
During the course he managed to gain theatre work with ARIA Productions so was well equipped to start his career in acting by the time he graduated with a first degree in 2002.

Since then he has managed to acclaim himself as a successful young actor working for some of the top production companies in both France and Italy.
